The exploit works by taking advantage of the unrestricted upload of file with dangerous type vulnerability<\/a> in the MagicINFO 9 Server. An attacker can upload a file<\/a> containing malicious code to the server. Since the server does not properly validate the file types being uploaded<\/a>, the malicious file is accepted and stored.
