An attacker can manipulate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameeba.com\/blog\/cve-2025-47492-critical-path-traversal-vulnerability-in-drag-and-drop-file-upload-for-elementor-forms\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"55158\">file<\/a> or directory path inputs, tricking the system into accessing unauthorized areas, which could potentially result in unauthorized reading, writing, or execution of files. If the attack is successful, the server would return the contents of the &#8216;passwd&#8217; file, revealing sensitive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameeba.com\/blog\/cve-2025-31049-untrusted-data-deserialization-vulnerability-in-themeton-dash-exposes-systems-to-object-injection\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"53843\">data about the system&#8217;s<\/a> users.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitigation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The best way to mitigate the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameeba.com\/blog\/cve-2025-46490-puzzling-vulnerability-in-crossword-compiler-puzzles-risks-system-compromise\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"54591\">risk associated with this vulnerability<\/a> is to apply the vendor-released patch.
