The function is designed to accept a user-specified reboot_time argument. However, due to insufficient validation of this argument, an attacker can manipulate the reboot_time argument to trigger a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameeba.com\/blog\/cve-2025-29840-critical-stack-based-buffer-overflow-vulnerability-in-windows-media\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"48491\">buffer overflow<\/a>.
