This means an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameeba.com\/blog\/cve-2025-46661-unauthenticated-remote-code-execution-vulnerability-in-ipw-systems-metazo\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"40730\">unauthenticated attacker could manipulate the system<\/a>, altering arbitrary user&#8217;s email addresses, including those of administrators. They specify the user_id of the account they wish to take over (in this case, 1 for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameeba.com\/blog\/cve-2023-44120-local-admin-account-exploit-in-spectrum-power-7\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"43339\">admin account<\/a>) and their own email address as the new_email. The server then changes the email address of the specified account without properly verifying the requester&#8217;s identity, allowing the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameeba.com\/blog\/cve-2021-47663-unauthenticated-remote-attacker-gaining-full-access-due-to-improper-json-web-tokens-implementation\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"41628\">attacker to reset the password and gain access<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitigation and Prevention<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The safest and most effective <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameeba.com\/blog\/cve-2025-3844-critical-authentication-bypass-vulnerability-in-peprodev-ultimate-profile-solutions-plugin-for-wordpress\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"45123\">solution to this vulnerability<\/a> is applying the vendor-supplied patch. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameeba.com\/blog\/cve-2025-3054-arbitrary-file-upload-vulnerability-in-wp-user-frontend-pro-plugin-for-wordpress\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"59227\">Users should immediately update their Flynax Bridge plugin<\/a> to version 2.2.1 or later.
