1. You retain ownership for the content you post using Ameeba. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over material posted by others to Ameeba.
2. You may not post any content that could be considered infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party.
3. You may not use our service to link to any affiliate programs or multi-level marketing schemes, or any other purpose which we consider to be an abuse of the service.
4.You may not violate any copyright laws using our service. We offer the ability to post links and embed videos in posts, and you agree to use those methods when dealing with content others have created. Exceptions to this are cases in which the creator of the content has approved redistribution of their content.
5. You may not use Ameeba for the creation of unwanted soliciting or advertising (Spam). You may discuss your organization's products or services, but Ameeba does not allow users to create and distribute spam using the service.
1. We have the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
2. We may modify or delete content if we consider it to be a violation of these terms or an abuse of the service.
3. We are not responsible for the content posted by users. We do our best to filter content that violates these terms, but we may not be able to capture all of this content.
4. We may modify these terms at any time.
